Shipping policy

Our items are all stocked in our warehouse in California and shipped free of cost to anywhere in the United States except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. For order status, you can track the order in your account.

We offer Easy Returns on all orders. Please reach out to potthing [at] artisanvariety [dot] com with your order number. We expect your return to be processed within 5-7 business days upon arrival to our warehouse. You will receive an email once your return is completed and you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
